Dec 04, 2012:  KHCP-Medical Camp at Shedra Kalimpong
The KHCP provided a dermatologic checkup for all monks and the staff of the Shedra in Kalimpong.

Nov 22-23, 2012:  KHCP-Medicalcamp at KIBS in Kirtipur/Kathmandu.

In colaboration with 8 doctors of the Dhulikhel Hospital, the KHCP provided a free medicalcamp for the monks and nuns as well for the local habitants of Kirtipur. The checkups happened at Shangpa Rinpoche´s monastery (KIBS) during the teachings/empowerment of Sherab Gyaltsen Rinpoche.

Nov.13, 2012: Lama Rangjung (Sherab Gyaltsen Rinpoche), Pia and Peter (KHCP) went to Dhulikhel and had a fruitful talk with Dr. Ram Sheestra (director) and his administratives. They planned to connect all Kagyü-institutes/monasteries to this hospital for urgent cases.

Nov 19, 2012: In a works meeting in July 2012 Shamar Rinpoche offered a room for KHCP in his new monastery construction in Kathmandu. Now the KHCP met the architect Willi Kroeger of Shamarpa at place. Willi showed us the whole construction area of the monastery incl. the future medical room.

KHCP-Clinic Project Rumtek/Sikkim/India - 2012 Part1
According to the wish of H.H. 17th Karmapa the old Rumtek hospital is to be re-established. In March 2012, both his Holiness Gyalwa Karmapa and Jigme Rinpoche assigned the task of building the medical structure of the hospital  to the KHCP. We have been supporting Karmapa’s nunnery, Shamar Rinpoche’s school and Nedo Rinpoche’s monastery in Rumtek since 2005. Now, we are ready to start this project!
