 HOW I CAN HELP

For the fifth time this year, the KHCP - Karmapa´s Healthcare Project provided free medical checkups and healthcare for participants in the Mönlam as well as the local population.
The KHCP's staff consisted of a total of forty people, all of them voluntary helpers: general practitioners, dermatologists, dentists, acousticians, physiotherapists, Tibetan medicine, acupuncturists, nurses, assistants, organisers and helpers from a total of seven-teen countries. Over 1,800 patients were treated during the Mönlam.

At the end of the Monlam the KHCP-team had an audience with Gyalwa Karmapa. Karmapa thanks everybody for their generosity and efforts to came here to Bodhgaya to give their help and knowlege.
