Medical camp, inspection and meeting in Rumtek/Sikkim/India
Venue: Nedo Rinpoche’s monastery in Rumtek (1510m altitude)

The first on-site inspection of the old ruined Rumtek hospital took place. This initial assessment will be followed by regular reports on the reestablishment and all its developments.
Then we had a meeting with the chairmen of the "Rumtek Monks and Lays Society" and the principles of our three Kagyü-monasteries/nunnery. We alltogether express our wish to provide more medical support and jointly campaigns for the people in Rumtek and the remote areas.

The KHCP provided a free medical camp for the monks and nuns as well for the local habitants of Rumtek in Sikkim.
The focus has been on a dermatologic screening. We also could handover plenty of UV-protected sunglasses to the monks and nuns of the three Kagyü-monasteries.
