Dear friends,
since 2006, the KHCP has been caring for the nunnery in Rumtek. An earthquake some time ago damaged significant parts of the building. Normal life, such as cooking, eating together, and meditating, is severely restricted as a result.
It is planned to reconstruct the building in coordination with H.H. Gyalwa Karmapa and Jigme Rinpoche and our friends in Switzerland.
For the demolition and new construction we have to fund-raise about 350.000 €uro. 41.000 €uro of this amount has already been raised by KHCP.
We will continue to report and sincerely ask you to donate for the intended purpose "Project Rumtek Nunnery".
